I’m Max, a Professional Project Manager

I’ve enjoyed a great career managing projects in the aerospace, engineering-construction, and computer services industries with Aerospace Corp, TRW, Fluor Corp, Hewlett-Packard, and a few others. Some of my effort dealt with training and coaching aspiring project managers toward certification by the Project Management Institute (PMI). I actively participated in PMI where I founded a Specific Interest Group for managing Service and Outsourcing projects, wrote articles, and presented papers at PMI Symposiums. Retirement brings the opportunity to look beyond your chosen field, to document topics of interest, and or course to simply “vent”. This material is found under Universal Topics, and I offer these along with a request for feedback. What’s wrong with this picture? America has more fossil based resources (gas, oil, and coal) than any other country in the world.Yet, America imports oil and borrows money to pay for it. A responsible energy policy would have a goal where America is a net exporter of energy products and technology.
